Everything was great Matt the front desk guy was extremely helpful and very nice I definitely will stay here again
Staff was amazing and kind, breakfast was great, but the room unfortunately felt stale/warm/humid and had some mold or buildup in the sink and tub. Easily fixable but didn’t really feel clean - overall good value for the stay. Staff asked if everything was good in the room and we briefly mentioned this issue- they responded positively and said they’d look into it. Room had a microwave, fridge, TV, coffee maker, hair dryer. Overall a decent stay- Thank you!
Easy check in. Alan was very respectful and helpful. Anna the general manager was beyond kind and considerate. We had problems at another hotel and these people here were like a breath of fresh air. Will definitely be staying here and make sure everyone i know hears about it. Thank you Anna for listening to my concerns. Also breakfast was delicious. Our beds were so cozy after being on the road for 8 hours. Wish we could have stayed longer!!
We literally had the worst day... Only this hotel and EVAN made our day/night and day again! The staff was so amazing and kind! The rooms were clean and pool was nice. Customer service was definitely top notch! Ice machine was out but was happy to fill it behind the counter for us. Next time we visit, which will be often to visit our child at MSU, this is where will stay! *don't stay next door-trust me
Exceptional customer service! Matt was able to accommodate my request on the spot. Due to business I typically stay at another chain, but Matt made me reconsider. When I'm back to Mankato I will be back to Fairfield. Again, thanks Matt. Really appreciate your efforts.
Exchange at the front desk was great with super fast check in. Front desk gentleman was VERY professional and helpful on floor recommendations. Entire hotel was Spotless. Pool area spotless. Floors in the halls and breakfast area spotless. Hotel was busy but quiet on the floor. Breakfast area along with coffee bar was clean. Many options for breakfast. Coffee was excellent. Some hotels serve weak, bland coffee but not this place, it was hot, good flavor and perky as we prefer bolder morning coffee. They are there to serve and they did a great job. Thank you !
I'm giving it 5 stars just based on how well I slept here, which is rare for me. Hotel is older but it's very clean and cozy. Breakfast is basic but not bad at all. Rooms were clean and the air worked well. Plenty of food and shopping close by. Id definitely stay again when traveling through.
Great service! My dad accidentally left some sweatshirts behind and the staff was more than happy to ship them back to him. The room was nice but the only downside was the curtains were thin so the light from the parking lot shone through. Would definitely come back though! Thank you!
